Well, I wanted to do a week of Cathe, but after cleaning and organizing the dreaded pantry...

I opted to do Essentrics Full Body Toning with Sahra.

Full Body Toning is my favorite Essentrics workout The music and setting are upbeat, light and airy. One can't help being in a good mood after doing this workout.

My back and hamstrings certainly appreciated the love. I was feeling a bit like I had on a concrete girdle and stockings. Nice to feel liberated
