Pre-trip drama for me has involved plumbing. My previous home was a condo with a second floor. DD and I were almost out the door when the bathroom sink, upstairs, did something which soaked the ceiling and wall downstairs in the living room. I got a plumber in who fixed the leak. Painting the living room came later. It was a car trip, so at least no missed flights.

Years later, here in the house, the instant hot water heater in the kitchen sink, basically died and the little tank gushed its water out, making a mess under the sink. I was about to leave on a ski trip, by car. Got a plumber in to replace the little appliance.

Lynn, really no jumping for me any more, rope or not. I'm not doing the cardio/abs workouts in the MBFA. Aside from jumping with fake rope, they do flying lunges. And maybe other things, but I saw that turned it off. And did some Pilates.

I took a walk by the ocean for a half hour. Very windy and my ears were cold.
Waiting for my late lunch to settle before I do my weights workout.

Back later -

later: MBFA Upper.

Diana, my Voltaren was just delivered. I'll try it tonight. Doesn't the name sound like a super-villain?

Back soon.

Back later LOL. Abs day, I did Suzanne Bowen's Flat Belly Barre.

barre 3 30 minutes

Cynthia, I remember seeing the mailbox knocked down the morning we were leaving for Europe for several months. So annoying. I am trying Voltaren on my shoulder but DH read all the info and said it isn't supposed to work on the shoulder. Too bad he reads all that.

About the shoulder and neck areas, my understanding is that it was not tested for the shoulder or neck. But I can attest to the fact that it is working for my neck. Yesterday DH and I were at the mall area. We had planned to go to the mall to get a massage from a accupressure place there. We decided against it. My pain is down at least 75%. You do have to use it multiple times a day initially. It is working for me. Lynn, I would have your DH try it for his shoulder.

Yes, Voltaren sounds pretty intense. LOL

Check-in: MBFA full body weights. I write the weights down but the exercises are different every week. But I used mainly 12's today.

Cathe Push Pull. We had a lot of Internet drama today. It was off most of the day, since DH changed services and routers, and getting it back running was a crisis. But finally he got it sorted out.
