It's been great reading all the replies. I would like to do legs up the wall more often. It's nice to have new options to follow along.
Jeannine - I hadn't heard of Kate Vantucci. I tried her Upper Back Rx practice yesterday and felt pretty great after. Beth - Thank you for the links. The easy inverted pose using a chair looks like a good beginner option. I hadn't seen that variation before. Jane - I was initially interested in legs up the wall pose for circulation. I'm glad to know it worked for the gorillas Mell - Those routines look awesome! Especially SaraBeth's- it's the perfect length! |
