10 minutes for yoga. . . and that's it!

Greetings, y'all.

Apparently I am the slowest runner in the pack when it comes to realizing that aging can take its toll on flexibility. Thanks to the floor's suddenly seeming a little further away, I have decided to add some stretching and flexibility work into my life.

By "some," I mean 10 minutes a day. And that's it. I have DVDs that are 20 or 30 minutes per workout, but 10 minutes is my sweet spot.

I have 10 MS Yoga, and I like it. Surely there are other decent 10 minute yoga DVDs out there. What are they? (And yes, yogis, the 10 minute workouts may be a gateway to dusting off those 20 or 30 minute workouts.)

Thanks. And namaste.

AF

Can you use you tube? It would be easier to find ten minute practices on there.

Holy cow Sherry thanks! Aunt Famous, I'm actually going to start 10 minutes of yoga myself. I was going to start when I did the pilates challenge, which is coming up in a week. I'm going to use youtube workouts.

Have you tried Sara Ivanhoe's Taste? It's short practices, 10 minutes or less on average. Also, I believe BeFit has a yoga dvd with 10 minute practices. Rainbeau Mars may be the instructor. I can't think of another, besides the 10 minute solution yoga. I was thinking of adding that one to my collection of 10 minute solutions.
