10 minutes for yoga. . . and that's it!
Greetings, y'all.
Apparently I am the slowest runner in the pack when it comes to realizing that aging can take its toll on flexibility. Thanks to the floor's suddenly seeming a little further away, I have decided to add some stretching and flexibility work into my life. By "some," I mean 10 minutes a day. And that's it. I have DVDs that are 20 or 30 minutes per workout, but 10 minutes is my sweet spot. I have 10 MS Yoga, and I like it. Surely there are other decent 10 minute yoga DVDs out there. What are they? (And yes, yogis, the 10 minute workouts may be a gateway to dusting off those 20 or 30 minute workouts.) Thanks. And namaste. AF Check out my blog at www.typeALC.com |
