I had mentioned the workout app, Joyn previously and am a huge fan. Joyn focuses on joyful movement and moving your body in a way that is fun for you. There is zero diet/weight loss talk. It is a body inclusive workout app with over 300 classes. I just came on to let everyone know that it is now COMPLETELY FREE!!!!
