This morning I did Wake Up Yoga and Yoga for Energy & Grounding (both YT practices). If I have a lapse in my workload this afternoon, I may sneak in another quick practice.

Day 50:
~Shiva Rea’s Yoga in Greece: Lunar Flow Moon Salutations & Lunar Savasana

I thought Shiva was a lovely way to finish off!

Vantreesta & Beth - Glad you’re both feeling better & your baking sounds delish!

Pam, I keep thinking I need to revisit Shiva. Glad you enjoyed your wrap up day!

Today I used Yoga for Stress Relief again, this time the Improve Digestion practice. I haven't used this DVD much lately and enjoyed the practices I did this week.

Pam, Shiva sounds like a nice way to finish things off.

Today I did a yin practice that was quite nice, although it was sometimes a bit hard to understand the instructor due to her accent. It's actually supposed to be 1 of 4, but it doesn't look like she's posted the other practices yet.

Hello fellow yogis!

Since I'll be doing a one hour deep meditation tomorrow I'm wrapping up my NY Sadhana today. I did Slow Yoga Flow to Relax & Stretch and morning meditation.

It has been great checking-in with everyone who participated. I not only got to know a few of you better but discovered (YT) teachers / practices I was not aware of before and now follow.

I wish everyone the best and hope you got as much out of this check-in and your winter solstice / NY Sadhana as I did.

Dena, that sounds like a wonderful closing!

One thing I didn't do much of during this sadhana is meditation. So, maybe once I hit 45 days on Monday, I can shift my focus to exploring more regular meditation once again.

Yes it’s been a great experience as always! I love reading everyone’s posts. I have a bit of exercise ADD & as a result, I sometimes lose my connection to yoga. I always feel reconnected when I do my Sadhana, now the goal is to maintain that connection! Now more than ever, I need a daily practice to fend off the stiffness that can come with aging.

I wish I had been more engaged with the Sadhana this time. I did yoga some days and meditated every day (to varying degrees) but I wasn't focused at all. Sometimes that's just how it goes, I guess!
