Today I did two Boho Beautiful practices -- Morning Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga Fusion followed by a 15 minute morning meditation.

Today's practices were Boho Beautiful's Yoga for Flexibility & Strength (Quiet the Mind and the Soul Will Whisper), Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Jessica Richburg, and Body Scan meditation.

Yesterday I did Raviana's Dance the Chakras (yoga part only). It has been a LOOONG time for this one - I think over 2 years! I did enjoy it and plan to keep it.

Pam, when do you think you will do Altar? We might be able to twin.

Great idea, I am open, could do it any time! Maybe Pat would join us? What are your thoughts?

Not sure...I was thinking about next Wednesday, but you might be done by then? This Friday might be an option; Saturday probably won't work for me.

I’m going to do at least 50 days so next Wed would work fine for me.

I've only done Altar of the Heart once. I just checked and it's 75 minutes long?? Is it set up so a person could pretty easily just do like half of it?

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.

Yes you can break it up. I did the first 35 min last week when I had trouble with streaming it. IIRC, Tilak does a brief savasana at that point and again around the 45 min mark.
