Rotations or challenges completed?

I was wondering what challenges or rotations everyone has completed?

I know I’m in a minority because I only ever completed one - the Firm 90-day rotation calendar. I’ve thought of doing others, but prefer to fly by the seat of my pants instead.

The challenges I have completed are all ones by Lauren Brooks: the swing, the squat and the push pull swing challenge. They are fun but I always add more rest days so they last longer than the intended time period for me to complete.

I have done my own version of Cathe's rock bottoms rotation. Definitely will do again.

I work through DVD sets and modify the rotations that accompany them.

My hat goes off to you to doing a 90 day rotation!! WAHOO!!

I can't do any of the challenges or rotations that last past 30 days.

I did six weeks of Jessica Smith’s 90 Day Lift and Shift, starting last March. Did four weeks in June. I like the program, I just don’t have the endurance to finish it. I also got derailed with bad colds in August and September.

I recently did her four week Calm and Strong rotation. The rest of the year I did my own thing.

Hmmm... I did do the Firm 90 Day calendar back in the day!

Some that I have completed (in no particular order)

- Pahla B's 31 Day program last January
- Jessica's Calm & Strong
- Jessica's WS 2.0
- A CS Health challenge or two
- I can't remember the name of the program but it was a body weight program - X-Factor or something like that - I did complete that one!
- I did complete various PowerFit rotations in the past
- I think I completed Yoga with Adriene's very first 30 day challenge from 2015

I have a love/hate relationship with rotations - I like to have some structure - but I also like to do what I feel like doing! I like to check boxes and feel I accomplished something but I also like to do what I feel like doing, LOL!

I'm thinking about what I want to do in January. December has been a bit of a mess in terms of working out!
