Linda and Nancy,
I read on amazon that the Metric comfort pads do not have velcro thus don't stay closed and move around. Is this your experience?

Leslie, the description now says:
"VERSITILITY: Washable and easy to switch from band to band. Improved with a velcro closure."

https://www.amazon.com/Metric-USA-Re...67&sr=8-5&th=1

I took a chance and ordered them. I'll let you know if they actually have Velcro now. If not, I have some strips with adhesive that I bought for something else I can use.

HTH.

The ones I just purchased stay put during floorwork, squats with toe taps out to the side and banded walking squats. It sure sounds like Velcro when I open to attach to other bands!

I think I am going to buy both sets.

Update: I received both sets yesterday and will try them out tomorrow. The tribe ones appear to be more challenging than what I want them for but I may be stronger than I think. I can always do less reps.
Another update. The Tribe fabric bands are working well. The light and medium rated ones are the right tension for my lower body exercises. I haven't tried the latex ones yet.

Mine actually don't have velcro, but they stay in place for the exercises that I've used them for.
