Would it be possible to work with a pilates instructor for a little while? Pilates can really heal the problem you are having but it is sort of form sensitive. In additon using the pilates machines can help deal with the problems you are having in a way that is safe and supportive.. In addition, if you can, try get a tower class for a little while, which can help transfer the lessons to doing mat workouts.
