Just sayin' ;-)
I am 52 so the metabolism and bone strength are reasons why I wanted to start lifting heavier and unfortunately I have plenty of fat over the muscle. I think if I keep my diet in check I may be okay. It is worth the try.

Body Beast!!!!! H&C (Chisel mostly) included just way too many awkward moves for me. I got great results with Beast and Sagi is my bud! He really motivates me to pick up those heavies. Autumn....well, we won't go there....

I have decided on doing Body Beast first I don't know if I will be able to do six days a week. I was thinking about doing the schedule as written but only three days a week. I know it will take me longer, but also want to continue to do barre/callanetic workouts. Is combining it with other workouts a bad idea?
