LOL, I want to ask what generation you are, but i know thats rude. I guess It would be kinda pretty if I could think of it in the same context as Flash Dance or something, but I can't seem to.

It's ok Jenilu, obviously I gave away my age. I'm old. I was fresh out of college in the early 80's when 20 Minute Workout was on tv.

LOL. Haa, i didn't mean that at all. I thought maybe a very young generation may see it different than me or something. I don't even know what my generation is, technically. Born mid 70, call myself a child of the 80's, teen years and getting married in the 90's...so I very much feel a part of all 3. But, whoo, this video got to me! (and your definately not old. I am just always intrigued at why different people see things differentl, etc...)

Good lord, what a hoot! Makes me wonder what videos I'm doing now that might look this ridiculous in another 30 years!

GymJazz by Sandahl Bergman

I am a Sandahl Bergman fan and have both of these workouts. I loved especially the arms in the original workout, did some other sections but not the whole thing, I think it was supposed to be an advanced workout for dancers and former dancers and a marketing vehicle for Sandahl.

Her 2nd workout, Gym Jazz, used weight belts and was a pretty decent workout for everybody else. It was very efficient and got both cardio as well as weights into the same workout.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this! I'm not sure it's a terribly useful workout video, but wow, what a pretty, strange, performance-art-like historic artifact. Like others I skipped through this, but I found it kind of inspiring and inspired in addition to hilarious. Also, despite some of the outfits she looks fantastic, that certainly doesn't hurt.

Just a final thought.... men in crop tops..... SO WRONG!
