OH MY GOODNESS!! WO from 1983

Did anyone actually do this Sandahl Begman WO from 83? I've never seen or heard of it. But oh my goodness, it would land someone in the hospital from whiplash!! I just have to know if anyone here has done this.

I have no idea if this is legally posted or not. If not, I'll take it down:

thanks for sharing that. equipment required: a barre and 2 dudes

I can see why Anna chose Sandahl to be the lead for vol. 3. I've always remembered Sandahl in that Conan movie and Xanadu.

I concur. Also, pretty sure the soundtrack was inspired by Richard Pryor's "Bustin' Loose". I could only get through the warm up. I know the guys were thinking "I have to do this in sweats while Sandahl gets to wear a swimsuit. It's hot as heck in this studio!!" And who can roll into a ball during the warm up?!?!? Not me when I first wake up in the morning.

I didn't know she was in Xanadu!! Its been 100 years since I saw it tho, lol.

I think having 911 on spead dial would be essential as well. Did people actually do dramatic workouts like this at home? I mean, I did Denise and Kathy and old ESPN stuff, but i have never seen anything quite as "interesting" as this I don't think. WOW!

As dated as it looks, in a way it looks completely modern, considering a lot of today's workout trends. With a different hairstyle and *maybe* different clothes, it would fit right in with everything else you see nowadays. Great find!!

I took a quick look at it, but I did watch the full Thighs & Calves section (at 35:22 mark) and that was freakin' hilarious! It's even accompanied by porno-ish (what I imagine to be!) music. I don't think I'd be working out to exercise videos today if they're still like that!

Well, besides all the bouncing, haha Not saying it's a workout I would do, but I definitely see hints of current instructors in some of the segments.

A lot of instructors do probably look at old ones for new ideas. This may have inspired someone to become an instructor!
