I think Tracy would say that's the magic in her method -- she works the "accessory muscles" so as not to bulk the bigger muscles.

I didn't find that TA worked my quads, and they got flabby while doing meta.

Me too. I am a meso, kind of built like a gymnast, so the idea of no quad work appealed to me. What I've found through experimenting, is that, For Me, the best lower body results come from barre work and outdoor walking. I didn't like the results with traditional weight work but it all depends on your build and goals.
