I'm wrapping up Week 5 and I've already lost 3 inches from my waist and 3.5 inches from my hips. I've been a good girl and haven't weighed myself, but one of the success stories in the book is a woman who lost several sizes and gained 5 pounds.

I'd say about 50-50 diet and doing my own thing. (Had Chinese takeout last night.) But I've really cleaned up my diet and raised my intake of whole food, especially fresh fruit, veggies and seafood.
