Looks interesting, but certainly nothing groundbreaking and not at that price. Is it just me or is it not showing up on Rodale's store site? I bet if you wait a few months it'll be super cheap and you can use coupon codes on Rodale's site.

I thought I would take a chance since it comes with a money back guarantee.
I received two downloads with my order confirmation. One file contained a transformation journal. There were no details, only a printable diary to keep track of meals, supplements, water, and greens.

This looks really good, I just wish it had a different name. So, much for women wanting to get stronger or healthier. Apparently, all we care about is getting into smaller jeans.

The techno music would drive me crazy, so I am not tempted. Plus, I do not need it (like that ever matters!) It looks like a lot of plank work which I am unable to do anyway.
