I think Alison made a good point about how you will use the DVD - I think you can break apart the first firm if you want, but strong stride is really meant to be broken up and used to mix and match. I do want to state that strong stride really doesn't have a cardio effect though (like tonique does - and I have heard booty barre does), but I never do it for cardio effect - I add it into something else I'm doing that has a cardio effect. I think it's great because if you have 5 minutes, 20 minutes, or even two hours to add onto a workout, you could do it with strong stride. I do agree Firm Volume 1 is classic and a fun workout . . and it can be broken in half - half standing and half floor work, but that's pretty much all for breaking up easily. The fitness favorites version has a menu and you can choose from either of the main sections chapter points.
