I agree, but the first time I did TB, I thought I somehow missed the warm-up and skipped to the workout. Nope, I was indeed doing the warm-up. It is not an easy warm-up compared to others imo, but I still like it.

I also like the stretch on one of her kickboxing DVDs, I think KickMax.

I love warmups and cooldowns too!

I love warmups and stretches...
In fact, I will put in a totally different dvd just to get a better warmup before I work out.

My favorite KCM is Your Best Body warmup

I love Cathe warmups too:
To the Max
Powerhour..just love this one that just uses the barbell..love the music too.
Athletic Step
Travel Fit
Imax 2
Cardio and Weights
4 Day split Kickboxing, HI Step, LI Step
I love her Supersets and Push Pull warmups
Gym Style warmups..I always use these!
I love the use of the Stability ball in Butts and Guts.
High Step Challenge("Let's Groove tonight...")
Muscle max

I too wish I could make a string of Cathe step warmups. That would make a great low impact step workout

Cooldown/stretches:
LOVE High Reps end stretch
Travel Fit
Muscle Endurance
Gym Styles
Bodymax 2
Muscle Max
HiiT last HiiT Stretch has nice music
Lower Body Blast has nice classical music with a beat.

i also like Firm warmup and cooldowns
Wave Rock it off warmup
Express Cardio warmup and cooldown
Jiggle Free Arms warmup
Jiggle free Abs warmup
Firm Express Turbo Charge workouts with Alison

Kimberly Spreen's cooldown in Absolute Kickboxing is wonderful

I like that one, too! Also:
Strictly Come Dancing Dancersize (here's a clip)
Totally Cool Step (I think--the one that starts out with "Roadhouse Blues")
Cardioke
most of Cathe's strength warmups that I've tried

I like the warm up and first section of Cathe's Travel Fit. The warm up is not really anything special, but right afterwards she does back work using a long dynaband. This is the part I especially like, and I always do it before a I do a weighted back workout. It doesn't take long and gives the back muscles a quick wake up call. I've used this warm up and back section more times than I can count.

I use Cathe's Drill Max warm up before pretty much every strength workout I do, for splits as well as total body days. I love that it's nice and long, coming it at about 10 minutes, and warms up the entire body nicely, particularly the shoulders; also love the music and enjoy the "music louder" option. I've only ever used the entire Drill Max workout once - too high impact for me - but use the warmup all the time and for some reason never ever get sick of it.

The other warmup I love is the one on Cathe's Low Intensity Step in the 4DS series - just plain fun!

ETA: I also love the cool down from The Firm's Cardio OverDrive . It's 'dancy' and fluid!

I love the warmups on Classical Stretch but usually use www.MUVE.com or youtube clips for warmups. Music gets me muving more than anything else.

I like the warm-up from Xtend Barre and Jennifer Galardi's Ballet Body. The cool down from Ballet Body is also really, really good. She holds the stretches nice and long!

I agree with Cowgirl and the cool-down from Cardio Overdrive.

Ditto on the dancing as warm up. I've been using Soul Sweat or one song of Delicious Dance when needed.

I've been addicted to Ballet Body's stretch since I got it. It has hip openers and a good side stretch. She form cues and it's about 13 minutes. Basically I like hip openers for my stretch since that's where I'm tightest. Rodney Yee's Yoga for Energy Reflection is a 10 minute mostly hip centered practice which doesn't make it back to my shelves and sits by the TV. Also like the flexibility segments from 10 MS Pilates series - any with Lara Hudson.

I like Chalene Johnson's. She always does the same one- which is great at 6 am when I'm still sleepy!
