I would suggest starting with Basics 1 and 2. Each has a glute foldover workout. Yes, these are downloads. When you buy them, Leah sends you the download link. On my computer, they go into the downloads folder and then I drag and drop them into my Fitness/Ballet Body folder. I use Windows Media Center to play them on my TV through Xbox, but there are a bunch of other ways to play them as well. She IS coming out with 3 DVD's before the end of the year. One will be upper body, one will be lower body, and one will be core (I think that's right). The workout I mentioned was #10 and is in Archives 1-16, but that is $40 and you probably don't want to spend that much at first. |

I'll have to second Kettlebell swings even though I havent done them yet!! I have Ilaria's Atletica workout which is modified kettlebell workout with dumbells and my glutes were so sore the next day!
The other time I felt my glutes like that was with Margaret Richards' Home Improvement floorwork, so I second the MR rec as well! Coming in next would be either Tonique Mat or Squeeze & Squeeze Stronger |
