Terrie, since the floor abs work comes right at the end, I figured that I could just stop the DVD after the floor legs--then I won't have to worry about chaptering.
Helen, Tracy does put her hands under the butt for the last move, straight leg raises (these actually don't bother me, as I've done them in yoga & Pilates routines), but she doesn't do that for the crunches. I could even modify with a squishy ball like in Barre3...I might just do it if I'm in the mood, as Debbie suggested.
