Dynamic Stretching DVD?
Hey All,
Been looking for a good Dynamic Stretching DVD to use as a warm up before my runs. I am looking for one with about a 10 minute routine. So far my search has mostly lead me to "instructional" DVD's not actual workout DVD's, like these below: http://www.amazon.com/TD-Performance...1241601&sr=8-1 Trailer of the series and small clip of DVD here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGyBjQpyq8g http://www.ronjones.org/Products/DVD...DVD-SALES.html http://www.amazon.com/Todd-Norman-St.../dp/B001GS096A http://www.sk8strong.com/catalog/ite...49/7718815.htm According to the write up there is also a bonus pre-athletic warm-up routine on Jill Miller's Yoga Tune Up Post Athletic Stretch Routines DVD: http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Tune-Up-A...1243656&sr=8-2 And since I like Coach Troy from Spinervals, I may spring for this one: http://www.trisports.com/iron-girl-dvd.html Recommendations?

Jill Miller's dynamic warm-up is about 11 minutes long; I added my review of her DVD to the Amazon link you posted above.

Another vote for Jill Miller's dynamic warm-up stretch off of Post Athletic Stretch.
A somewhat unorthodox suggestion, but I've actually used the first part of Brooke Siler's Element Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners, called Pilates-Conscious Cardio, for this purpose. It's a little longer than you want, however, at 18 minutes. You can read my breakdown of the moves here and see clips at Collage and Total Fitness DVDs. Karen Voight has a warm-up stretch on her Full Body Stretch that's more dynamic. Again, it's a little longer than you're looking for at 16 min., it has some corework, and it doesn't have a ton for the legs, as it's done seated. Again, clips are available at Collage and Total Fitness, and a breakdown can be found here.

How about this program by Annette Fletcher? I haven't tried it, but one of the 3 segments is supposed to be dynamic stretching:
