Ella, I had to go back and read the program again to make sure........but this is right from her directions near the top........ "Directly below each meal is a suggested work out video that if completed would successfully walk off the meal above it."

I take that to mean............if you want to walk off breakfast for Day 1, you'd do Walk Slim - 3 miles ----- OR ----- If you want to walk off lunch for Day 1, you'd do 4 Fast Miles ----- OR ----- If you want to walk off dinner for Day 1, you'd do Fast & Firm.

I'm not sure, but that's what I take from it.

just one Leslie per day

I've done the 10 Day Challenge, and I used to belong to Leslie's walk club. You're not supposed to walk off every meal! Just walk off one meal per day.

Jeannine: They didn't e-mail anything. Once you click on it, I entered the e-mail and then I clicked on some other button which led me to the plan. Just try it again.

Day 2 - I woke up late and groggy so just did 1 mile (Mile 3 of the 5 Mile Fatburning). So I'll do a couple of extra miles later to compensate.
