Has Anyone Done Leslie's 10 Day Walking Challenge?

and seen any viable results? (Even in endurance ).

I'm thinking about doing this + adding my Just B Method challenge (i'm on week 2 of 12.. whoo looo, hello thigh burn!), and just wondering if anyone really saw anything to it doing the challenge that Leslie provided

(also if anyone wants to do it with me )

I've started this a couple of times but invariably ended up sick before I got more than a few days in. Part of my problem was that I was always trying to do too much at once; I just can't add on 10 days of walking on top of what I'm already doing without crossing that line into overtraining...

Good luck with this, Daisy! Report back when your 10 days are up.

P.S. In my book it's perfectly acceptable to rotate through her 4 mile videos rather than just use the one.

Hi daisy ~ I havn't done Leslie's 10 day Challage,at least not the challage she recommends but at one point ALL I did were Leslie walks,day in and day out,6 days a week, no matter what,sometimes 2 miles and sometimes up to 4 miles. I used her "boosters" once in awhile but,other then that,no additional strength training at all. I lost 84 pounds in 13 months doing that (ok,portion control was a big factor,as well) back in 2003.

To be honest, I 'm not sure I could handle doing Leslie's walks exclusively right now,they get tedious to me but I know many people who are in her WalkClub have had great success with her 10 Day Challages,how could you not? her 3 and 4 mile walks are no "walks in the park",they are serious workouts.

Hi Judy I did the same back in 2006 it was mostly what I wanted to do, but I am thinking just as a boost (because I've not lost a lb at all.....but i agree. potion control... tralalalala very important).
but i'll let you know

Gayle: it is doing 10 days of doing 3 or 4 mile walks and eating really healthy she has her hardest walks on there (4 mile super challenge, her interval walks etc).

oh and Judy tedious is a-ok with me lol

I'll do it, too (but will take a break from NROLW so as not to overtrain)! I actually have only one Leslie DVD--4 Really Fast Miles. Is it acceptable to walk outdoors for 3 to 4 miles instead?
