~ I havn't done Leslie's 10 day Challage,at least not the challage she recommends but at one point ALL I did were Leslie walks,day in and day out,6 days a week, no matter what,sometimes 2 miles and sometimes up to 4 miles. I used her "boosters" once in awhile but,other then that,no additional strength training at all. I lost 84 pounds in 13 months doing that (ok,portion control was a big factor,as well) back in 2003.
To be honest, I 'm not sure I could handle doing Leslie's walks exclusively right now,they get tedious to me but I know many people who are in her WalkClub have had great success with her 10 Day Challages,how could you not? her 3 and 4 mile walks are no "walks in the park",they are serious workouts.
