Hey Sherry!

I like the idea of combining rotations to make it work for you.

How is this working out for you so far?

It is working out fine so far. I have liked all the workouts until today. I just finished a workout called "Resistance Burn. " OW! I had to do most of the moves half time. I don't do fast movements holding weights. I would not do this one again. I did not enjoy it. It was too much shoulder work. I did some bicep work instead.

ETA: I may stretch out the rotation longer by throwing in a day of dance or kickboxing a week. I really miss those!

If you like slow weight workouts, you might like Amy's Beach Fitness on YT. She has a few slow weight workouts, but also slow barre workouts, too.
