I bought the 6-foot green Dyna-band to use with Jessica Smith's Walk On 6-Mile Mix DVD. It's the band she uses in the workouts. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000NCW8T6...mithtv_dp_vv_d
However, it's out of stock at the moment. Therabands are probably just as good if you can find the right length for the workouts you want to do. (Jessica uses a 6-foot long one.) I've noticed some bands are shorter and those may work. However, I find bands to have a bit of a learning curve, so I like to use the exact type of band the instructors are using. It just makes more sense to me when I am following their cues and instructions. Donna

I bought these, but sent them back.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They were very thin and about a foot shorter than the band I have. About a six inch strip ripped off of the end of my old band, and it was still longer than these Azurelife bands.
