Quick warm up for weight workouts

Does anyone have a good quick warmup to do before weight workouts? I don’t want to do Cathe’s 11-12 min kickboxing warmup before her leg workouts in both her split series. Thanks!

The warmup for Jillian Michaels's Ripped In 30 - Week 1 workout is short and to the point. I've done that particular workout so many times that I have it memorized:

Forward arm circles (aka "swinging arms")
Military march (straight leg march with alternating arm lift)
Touch toes-transition into squat-arms to the sky and stand up
Halos with light weight
Squat into a knee grab (alternate knee grab on each squat)
Forward arm circles to finish

Do each move for about 30-40 seconds.

There are some short warmups on Fitness Blender that are also pretty good.

Mark Degrasse has a pretty good 3 minute mobility warmup on Grokker. It might even be a free one.

I make up my own warmup when I need one. Just move around to get blood flowing throughout your body and into your muscles. Play some good music and have fun for a few minutes.

I do a few minutes of a Leslie (easily enough done without a DVD if desired).

There's a good mobility warmup on this Crossbell workout:

I do my own warm up, making sure to warm all muscle groups, upper body included (while I do step touches, I do side lateral raises, for knees up, I do chest presses.) I actually have done the same warm up for years now. The only evolution have been to do a 4 knee repeater to each side
for my core & subbing cross punches for reaches.

8 punches side to side, bending knees a little, then 4 punches twice

Deeper squats while swinging arms side to side alternating with side steps with one arm reaching up (2 sets of 8, then 2 sets of 4)

Side steps alternating with knees (side lateral arms & chest presses) 2 sets of 8, then 2 sets of a 4 knee repeater to each side with side steps

Wide march, counting to 8, then tap to switch sides, repeat 4X

Swing arms side to side 3X while squatting, then arm circle with a jump 4X

Squats with reaches, alternating with side leans with arm circles 4X

Heels to front with bow & arrow arms, alternating with ham curls & back rows, 2 sets of 8, then 2 sets of 4
