I've only ever used it as an add-on (for those lower body segments) or stringing a couple together for a lower body focused day. I know some people do the entire Program 1 or 2 as a hour-long workout.

Nope. That was one of my complaints when this was first released. There is so much content that it seems there should be a rotation included or a usage-recommendation...

ETA: I did a pretty detailed break-down of the content in the review section. Maybe it'll help you know how to approach it all...

I'll do segments from Program 1 or 2 after a run, and do the weighted work on other days to cross-train.

Here's what Lisa wrote to me when I asked her how to use them on FB.
Hey Laura!! Thanks for purchasing our DVDs! What I like most about the DVDs, especially they Pilates one, is that you can always change up your workout since there are so many different sections to chose from. Starting out I would recommend doing 1 day Pilates, 1 day cardio strength and 1 strength training. You can start with just a few muscle groups of the Pilates (2-3) and work up to all 6. With the strength training you can choice 1 of the 4 options and then each week keep alternating which one you do. For the cardio I would do 1 of the 3 and alternate each week.
Once you get used to this rotation you can add more to the 3 days or add a 4th day.

It is completely up to you but I think that is a good place to start!

Let me know if you have any more questions
