What is your current favorite total body weight workout?
Thanks for the link. I've saved it to try it out later. I also appreciate long warmups and I like that there are no pushups!

Thanks for the links. I've subscribed to that channel and will check out the videos.

Another vote for Cathe’s Perfect 30 Pump!!! I especially love the 54 min. Mish Mosh UB & LB premix and do that more often than the 30 min. splits. Cathe really nailed it with this workout series even though I don’t do the HiiT very often, but the weight and mobility workouts rock!!

Right now my favorite is Total Body Sculpting from Jane Fonda's Personal Trainer DVD. I am so glad that I had the sense to pick this up again. I think it's a solid workout. Her Workout with Weights is good too but only on VHS.

Building Strength from Susan Powter is good too and I am glad this was brought up again, I have added to my YT liked videos and am going to revisit this one soon.

Other ones I like are Cathe's Push Pull and Jari Love's Original Ripped, but those are beyond my level right now, but I hope to get back to them at some point. Need to work on building strength again.

Push Pull is a good one! I did the upper body section the other day.

Straight forward lifting. Warm up while she talks at beginning.

Pahla B Fitness has a month long Body Shaping series. One day per week is a "Push" day or strength. I like all of them with the exception of day 15 which is a killer. Day 1, day 8, and day 22 and all challenging and enjoyable.
