I’m grateful to this forum for introducing me to new instructors like Margaret Richard, Miranda Esmond-White and others. I’d never heard of Classical Stretch until I found this forum. The workouts have helped me immensely.
For over 20 years I primarily did theFirm workouts with a little yoga here and there. I think I owned less than 5 yoga workouts. After discovering this forum, I’ve become a total vidiot and love every minute of it. I never thought to look in thrift stores for workouts or workout equipment. Now I find myself eagerly anticipating my thrift store hunts. So thank you for enabling me. I hope to pass it on to others
