I didn't know Mirabai Holland even had streaming. Does anyone know anything about it? Does she regularly post new workouts? Are her DVDs available through her streaming? Thanks.

It looks to me like what's available for streaming from Mirabai Hollanf are her DVDs. Based on the video she posted, there doesn't appear to be new content beyond the DVDs. Someone please correct me if that isn't the case.
