Hey guys. Getting ready to go to Burn for legs. Always a favorite. I walked about 25 minute last night.

Jbliff talking about weird weather, it looks like we will soon have a tropical storm to deal with. It’s such a big storm that it is supposed to affect all or most of Florida. We have not had rain in over 6 weeks so we could certainly use the rain.
Hopefully the wind will not be too bad. We have SO many big trees here. Always a worry when a storm comes. Glad you are able to lift again.

Vannie is Thanksgiving a low key event for you since you put a lot into Halloween?

Waves to Gibber and Cher.

My workout yesterday was Chest, Triceps & Shoulders + 30 minutes of yoga. Monday's workout was 35 minutes on the elliptical + Body Combat Invincible workout #12.

Karjoy - I read about the storm coming to Florida. I sure hope it isn't too bad.

Waves to all. Have a good day.

I'm neck deep in undecorating! I did a Happy Yoga practice on Monday plus dog walks. Yesterday was blustery and wet all day. We didn't even walk half a mile total! If I hadn't been undecorating I would have made more effort to go btwn rains but now and then it doesn't kill us to miss. I had hoped to have this all done by the time I go to bed tonight but my brain's gonna have to start focusing better to get there! The village was all down and boxed up by yesterday afternoon but it's all the misc new stuff that I have to figure out. But it's kinda fun!

Drive by: HIIT type workout at Burn. The tropical storm will hit us in am. Looks like lots of rain and hopefully not too much wind. Fingers crossed.

Karjoy - Hope you are OK. Our relatives in Florida seem to have fared pretty well this morning.

Jbliff thanks for asking. We are doing fine. Lots of wind and rain. We desperately needed the rain so we are grateful. We got off work at 12:30. We have several employees who live as much as an hour away and everyone was worried about their safety. I was going to Burn but they canceled their afternoon classes as that was predicted to be the worst time for wind and rain.

I did an oldie but goodie from Cathe: Ab Circuits with a Pilates focus. 18 minutes and very enjoyable.

I hear this weather is headed up the East coast. You be careful J bliff.

Hi all. My workout yesterday was a total body weight workout on Youtube (growingannanas channel) and a walk in town with DH.

Karjoy
- Glad you are unscathed. We are getting a lot of rain today but no severe weather here. I know further north of us they are getting very strong winds and more rain.

Vannie
- Undecorating probably could be counted as a workout!

Waves to everyone. Have a good day.

JB, I am actually counting part of it bc of all the crawling, squatting, lifting, carrying and stairs!

A major cold front moved in here. Wednesday I was wearing a t-shirt and capris in the humid 60s. Yesterday got to 68, I think, and I wore a tank top for a while in the house. When I took Cyric out at 4:00 it was down to 30 degrees with real feel of 18! You guys stay safe in all the wind and rain.

Went to Burn yesterday afternoon for Total Body Strength. Glad I got to go since upper body got canceled due to the storm. Then I ran 8 miles with a friend this am. It was warm and humid and my friend got a bit too hot and dehydrated so we walked a good bit of the last 2 miles. She is training for a marathon and had done 8 miles before the 2 of us ran.

But good news! This storm is bringing some blessedly cold weather. 44 degrees tonight and high of 61 tomorrow. Yippee! And sunny.

Jbliff you are getting lots of nice walks in.

Vannie do you monitor your step count?

Waves to Cher and Gibbee.

Karen, yep I track my steps. I wear a Fitbit Charge 4 but I also still wear my old school pedometer/accelerometer bc it's more accurate for actual steps.

We hiked 8 1/2 miles today. Temp was around 30 with real feel about 20. It wasn't bad at all except in the wind. Our layers kept us comfy.
