Vantreesta - I have liked the 20 min. Lift w/ Cee workouts. I prefer cardio, so if I can get my strength training short and sweet, I'm in. I don't match her weights, but I still try to lift heavy.

11/3 - 11/5: a few dog walks, lots of raking and hauling leaves to the front curb, mowing and painting. No official workouts, but I was tired every day from the exertion.
11/6 - 30 Min. Motown Walk on the treadmill (Peloton)
5 Min. Post Run Stretch

11/7 - dog walk
Lift w/ Cee 20 min Strength Over 40 (these all have slightly different names, so I'm never sure which one I did).
20 Min. Disco Walk w/ Fit & Hungry (I really like her walks, very dancey, no talking and great music)
some raking and hauling leaves, too

Business first, since I have some at last:
Tuesday: 40min, Cathe - Body Blast - Timesaver - Workout 2
Wednesday: 5km brisk walk (school) + 47min, The Firm - Aerobic Interval Training - AWT + Aerobics MyMix

All weekend, we were away at a wedding & Kathryn has been away as well lately so haven't had that motivational aspect. Work - got a bit stiffed for the rest of this year (6 weeks remain) but I'll get payback next year with a couple of very top classes.

• I can see that if you're not fond of weights, Cee's 20min sessions would be great. "Heavy" is always relative.
• Had a visitor recently that asked when I'll be retiring. Wish-list only, at this stage.

So glad you're back!! THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-TWO?!?!?!?!

CLEDA
You ran out of motivation? YOU?

I've been watching your midterm election results in between classes during the day.

Helen - I'm very pleased with the election results so far. I don't care which party you prefer, but the election result deniers really steam me. We have very secure elections, so stop saying there were problems just because you didn't win. I've probably said too much, but it had to be said.

11/8 - walked to the polling place to vote, 1 hour round trip.
walked the dogs - 25 min.
Classical Stretch 801, 24 min.
20 Min. 70's Walk w/ JJ on treadmill

I'm neck deep in undecorating! I did a Happy Yoga practice on Monday plus dog walks. Yesterday was blustery and wet all day. We didn't even walk half a mile total! If I hadn't been undecorating I would have made more effort to go btwn rains but now and then it doesn't kill us to miss. I had hoped to have this all done by the time I go to bed tonight but my brain's gonna have to start focusing better to get there! The village was all down and boxed up by yesterday afternoon but it's all the misc new stuff that I have to figure out. But it's kinda fun!

We've not had that problem here, but we've certaintly had the particular form of cheating referred to a gerrymandering. - Grrrr..... Redistricting should be done by an impartial professional group with statistical/demographic experience.

Helen - We have some of that in some states. Georgia comes to mind, they changed the voting rules when they didn't like the results from the 2020 election. They were not the only state, just the one I remember immediately.

11/9 - dog walk
The Firm's Ultimate Fat Burning Workout
Raking and more raking. We are almost finished!

Oh I'm WELL up on the gerrymandering thing for you guys. Listen to the Meidas podcasts (including Legal AF) which covers litigation.

Thursday - only a dog walk, but for an hour - had one planned with Kathryn, but she dipped out & then DH made dinner ready for the time-slot and spent hours fiddling with the printer - error about 'ink absober full' and looking up how to deal with it. Without success.

Friday morning now - DH heading back to the farm on Saturday. Will spend today playing tetris with the truck.

11/10 - Mowing, 2 sessions to get it all done. Had planned on another Classical Stretch for the afternoon, but hubby came home in a funk after golf, so I spent my time letting him vent. We all need someone to listen when we are out of sorts.
