Wednesday: 5km brisk walk (school) +
47min, The Firm - Aerobic Interval Training - AWT + Aerobics MyMix
All weekend, we were away at a wedding & Kathryn has been away as well lately so haven't had that motivational aspect. Work - got a bit stiffed for the rest of this year (6 weeks remain) but I'll get payback next year with a couple of very top classes.
