Did the Growingannas 30 minute cardio. Last night added on a 15 minute barre 3 stretch.

Cheryl, thanks for finding that for me and for all your great recommendations.

Diana, thanks for the news about Linda. Too bad she has to have another surgery, but good she is doing well otherwise. I finally remembered to get my phone in my pocket in the middle of that workout and that part was .6 miles and about 1600 steps. So I guess my workouts do have some steps.

Cynthia, hope you are having a more peaceful day than you have been having for some time.

Today I did the same workout as Lynn. Lynn, I can report that it does have a lot of steps. My tracker said 2905 for that workout today (although I did some marching between some segments). I have a stop/start for workouts on my tracker, so I can measure details concerning each one.

Cynthia, stress like that is exhausting in every way. So thankful for the relief you are feeling.

Diana, thanks for checking in with Linda. I've been wondering how she's doing!

Did most of Heather's Inner and Outer Thighs (missed the last repeat due to early meeting). This was challenging but good.

Yesterday I did a pretty new chest and back supersets workout from Heather, and added my forearm/wrist/hand workouts as usual. Today is a rest day, but still getting my steps every day.
