Haha! No kidding. She is probably stronger and fitter than many in the industry that younger than her.

Just looking at some of the younger personal trainers or fitness instructors I have seen IRL, Cathe could probably best them in any contest hands down.

Yes! My favorites are old enough to be my parents - or at least my much older siblings. lol

The channel Improved Health has older instructors. They do gear to older viewers. Most of the time the music is good and they don't always do 'easy' stuff.

How old is Linda Wooldridge with Barlates Body Blitz?

Workout Hotel looks to be in her late 40's.

Fitness with Jenn Allen is in her 50's.

Ann Lee seems to be in her late 50's.

AngieFitnessTV seems to be in her 50's.
