Yoga before cardio?

I am currently not using weights (nervous about that after straining my back a few months ago) I am doing cardio four or five days a week. However, after doing an hour of dance cardio, the only yoga I feel up to doing is all seated or lying down. I know my body needs some standing yoga. Maybe I would have the energy for this if I do it before cardio? I just don't want anything too strenuous so I still have energy for cardio. Does anyone do yoga first and did it work well for you? Thank you.

I follow a Peloton calendar. Often we will do shorter-maybe 10 minutes-of core, yoga, or floor barre workouts before the main strength or cardio routine. I actually like this order because then my body feels warmed up and ready for more intensity.

I sometimes do a short yoga (10 -20 mins) before my workout. I too feel nice and warmed up and more eased into my workout time than your typical cardio warm up.

I've been doing Pilates before my cardio/strength workouts for about 2 years. Similar idea to the yoga. It feels great.
