what is the heaviest resistance band that you use?

Q1: what is the heaviest resistance band that you use?
Q2: which workouts do you use it with?

i use the Lifeline resistance band brand and the heaviest band i have is 60#.

when CLX first came out, i switched to bands half-way in the rotation because as i got stronger, i could use heavier weights, but without a rack, it hurt my back a little. i made sure i was squatting to pick up my weights. i also started storing my weights on a chair so that i could easily pick them up rather than bending all the way down. the heaviest resistance i had back then was 40#. bands avoided any bending to pick up something heavy.

fast forward to now, I pulled out my MetRx workouts and there's always a modifier using the bands, similar to P90x.

i'm also recovering from a shoulder injury and will be seeing my doctor next week about it.

The heaviest ones I have are loops, the kind you would use for pull-up assistance, squats, good mornings.

I have some from Amazon form a company called Power Guidance. There are probably lots of similar brands. The heaviest I have is rated 25-65 and then I graduated to lighter ones for pull-up work.

I also have some Rogue monster bands for other exercises, like hip thrusts, different band pulls for upper body, and band Pallof presses. The shorty monster bands are good, too. The heaviest of my longer ones is rated 140#, but I only use that one for lower body.
