Smile BUTI subscription now offering BEGINNER workouts !

I know some were complaining about the BUTI Tones being too advanced and without modifications, today they added 4 beginner workouts ( one was up already ) !

They have been adding a lot of fantastic workouts lately, different lengths and intensity, with different emphasis and new amazing instructors !

Beside the Tones, Sculpt, Hot Core, Bands and Deep workouts are included in the subscription.

I am in no way affiliated with Buti but I really love it and needed to share !

Thanks for the information,

Several years ago, I went to an IDEA Fitness Convention and there was a Buti booth. I told them they ought to do a few beginner or senior workouts. They laughed.

Thanks for letting us know about this! That looks like a lot of fun! I love the women demonstrating the beginner workouts, they look strong!

Monthly price is quite steep though.

Wow, that's incredibly rude! They will get older too one day and crave some lower intensity..

I did 4 out of the 5 beginner workouts and I love them !
Easy to follow but still intense, slightly slower pace ! Perfect to alternate with the tough ones ( few of the latest ones are REALLY intense ).

I think BUTI has evolved A LOT since the beginning, now women of all ages, shapes and goals are practicing it ( I have been on their FB group for looong time ) and the ^workouts^ address each need.

Yes, the price is steep but I really think there is a lot of value in it since they offer now so many different "workouts".
I really hope to get some sale going on when it will be time to renew but I will anyway !
