I kept trying to look for pics but I couldn't find one. I did find this link:
http://improveyourfemalecurves.com/2...ndrome-part-1/ It doesn't show real butts but it does describe different butt shapes using drawings.

I started reading the article that I posted. That was part 1. Here are more links that show how not to train your butt ugly and is a continuition of part 1.
In this link, it shows more square butts including the pic that keilan posted. It is part 2 of the article. http://improveyourfemalecurves.com/2...ndrome-part-2/ This is part 3: http://improveyourfemalecurves.com/2...ndrome-part-3/ To build the lower butt, she recommends lunges, squats, butt bridges, and leg presses. To build the upper butt, you do stiff legged deadlift, donkey kicks, cable kickbacks, and hip abduction. That's what she recommends to build upper butt so I guess you would avoid those exercises if you're scared of developing a square butt.

I think the butt in the link above is very appealing. I also found the "fitness tips" link in that article a good read and it might help anyone who is struggling with this issue: http://blog.barmethod.com/ExerciseBl...-YOU-SLIM-DOWN

Sue, from reading the articles, I suspect it's the barre workouts and not kettlebell training. KB swings seem to focus on the lower glutes and is good for rounding the butt. I love kb swings since it's good for my flat butt. For barre exercises, I think plies are fine. But pretzels, arabesques, clams or any hip abduction work, and donkey kicks would work your upper and lower butt.
