How about an aerobic slide? 6 feet long 2 feet wide. Sounds like just what the doctor ordered

One of my very first impressions of Ellen's barefoot cardio was that it would be nice cardio for people with limited space.

Gin Miller made a DVD called Cramped Quarters. It was made for those of you who are restricted w/ your workout space. I haven't tried it, but I think I remember reading that it was a great DVD???

Beachbody's Slim Series and Slim in 6 require very little space, yet are for the most part, challenging workouts that incorporate both toning and cardio.

Turbo Jam/Turbo Kick is high energy and good cardio but can be done in a small space.

Jillian Michael's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism is some tough cardio that uses very little space.

Sharon Mann's "The Works" series is great for small spaces. Sharon and her gang are on little circular platforms, so they couldn't use a lot of room even if they wanted to!

I used Sharon religiously when I lived in a tiny studio apartment. I've since moved to a bigger place, but I love the workouts so much that I still do them all the time (like, daily).

I own all three in the series -- Cardio, Body Sculpting, and Yoga/Pilates. You get to choose from different segments for the warmup, 1st section, 2nd section, and cooldown. So there's a lot of variety and you can do something different every day.

Jazzercise Dancing Abs takes up very little space. It's one of my favorites.
