I just emailed them...I hope they answer and if they do I'll come back and post!

But ugh, $14.95 shipping! That is really annoying.

It's actually 12 workouts

I have to convince my husband now that I actually NEED this system...haha! Wish me luck!

After studying this page: http://rksworkout.com/the-rks-workou...he-rks-system/ I believe there are 12 workouts (only 9 DVD's) and not 16. It's very misleading on the left side of the screen where it says "9 DVD's with 12 30 min workouts" and under that it says "4 Doug challenge workouts". If you look on the right side of the screen where they've layed out the system, there are only 9 DVD's and one of them is the instructional. Still a good deal, just not as good as we thought.

It looks like there are 3-30 minute workouts on the red DVD's and one "Doug challenge" on the black DVD's. Plus one instructional DVD that is black.

I could be wrong.....

ETA: I just looked at it again and I'm not sure I said it right. There are 16 workouts. I'm confused.

Actually the four Doug challenge workouts are separate, so we are actually getting 16 individual workouts which are 30 minutes in length because on the nine red DVDs, they include the 12 workouts.....plus the 4 Doug challenge workouts on the black DVDs and you've got 16 workouts in all!

ETA: I also believe that the instructional tutorial is separate too...it's on it's own DVD.

Hi celeste!

Could it be -

1 instructional DVD
4 Doug challenge DVDs w/1 workout ea. - 4 workouts
4 workout DVDs w/3 workouts eac. - 12 workouts

For a total of 16 workouts and 9 DVDs? What do you think? It is confusing though that they said 12 workouts on 9 DVDs, because that wouldn't be right if what I wrote above is true. Maybe the 12 workouts on 9 DVDs is just a mistake?

Good point re: repeat footage, a la Kettleworx (AWFUL!!!). Actually, I was thinking of calling them myself...

I really hope the system is actually 16 DIFFERENT workouts, just may be the answer to my KB prayers!!

BTW, just did AOS vol. 1 new Providence today for the 1st time...pretty good workout using 15lb bell. Had to skip thru 1 min breaks (not sure why needed since they break anyway with set up, etc. & skipped ab part since I had to get ready for work.

I think you're right. It just confused me looking at all the DVD's on the left.

Yeah it is confusing...seems like a bit of the info on that page isn't right. Man, I sooo wish they had clips. Why do none of these systems ever put up real clips of the workouts?

I know...it's so frustrating. I'd actually like to preview some of the workouts before forking over $100 plus tax and shipping. Yikes!

I still want it though...lol
