Thanks for the link and You tube video. Looks great!
It keeps moving for sure and it does have lots of equipment use.

I'll email them, hope they follow through with the dvd and
it is chaptered and at least an hour long.

Oh Carrie, if you can find the info on DIY instructions, I'd be interested! It does look fun and I really feel the burn when I use regular gliders. I could see myself zoning out and getting a good workout with this.

I'm going to my hardware store down the street today with my little Labor Day coupon to spend on something! Maybe I'll find something comparable I can put together.

I thought about using Valslides for the slide part.
My son has a pair of fun slides. https://www.funslides.com/Default.asp
I think those will work better than Valslides.

I wouldn't assume you'd need a slide board to do the DVD. Since that is a big extra that not many own or have access to, their DVD most probably has some other kind of cardio or substitute moves.

I emailed them this a.m asking about the DVD and to be included on their mailing list. I received a reply this afternoon saying they are putting out a DVD--no date given--along with a glide board. She didn't say whether or not you had to buy the board only that there would be one available. I am definitely liking the look of this. They are in Warwick NY and are also starting teacher training classes this month.
