I thought about using Valslides for the slide part.
My son has a pair of fun slides. https://www.funslides.com/Default.asp I think those will work better than Valslides. |

I wouldn't assume you'd need a slide board to do the DVD. Since that is a big extra that not many own or have access to, their DVD most probably has some other kind of cardio or substitute moves.

I emailed them this a.m asking about the DVD and to be included on their mailing list. I received a reply this afternoon saying they are putting out a DVD--no date given--along with a glide board. She didn't say whether or not you had to buy the board only that there would be one available. I am definitely liking the look of this. They are in Warwick NY and are also starting teacher training classes this month.
