Typo workouts and their descriptions (a word game)

I just saw, in a trade listing, that someone had "Dance of the Inches" to trade. It made me laugh! It was supposed to be, of course, Dance Off the Inches. But "Dance of the Inches" just sounded like its own real thing, you know?

So, I started thinking of some of the workout titles we could make with typos. Change a REAL workout title by just one letter (one letter added, one letter subtracted, or one letter changed), and imagine what its description would look like.

For instance:

(add one letter) Gay's Greatest Steep Workout - same as Gay's Greatest Step Workout, except on the Ramp!

(change one letter) Leslie Sansone's Talk Away the Pounds - the REAL exercise that keeps Leslie so thin: jaw work! Those small muscles can really burn calories if you keep them moving!

(subtract one letter) The Tortoise and the Are - a group yoga practice focusing on very slow mindfulness.

OK, this will either catch on or it won't, but I thought it was funny. Ladies, to your workout shelves! To Collagevideo.com! Make your own typo workout!

...and i thought "how true."

Oh I love it, TALK away the pounds. ROFL You are my new favorite person.

Ok, I have one... Cathe Friedrich's Low Impact Circus (instead of Circuit - ok so it's a 2 letter change, but a good one. Subtract the i & add the s ) - So many twists & turns in the choreography you feel like you're a circus act & can even eventually get work in the circus due to this "circus training". Why, you can even do some of these movements on the flying trapeze !

Oh acey, I think people would complain that Jennifer's set is too dark!

Tae Bo (C)amped - Billy takes a vacation while Richard Simmons guest stars

Karen Voight - BLT on a Bull...work your butt like you never have before!

Tracey Staehle - Cardio Sweetfest...you feel the burn in your biceps as you bring the candy quickly to your mouth in an alternating arm fashion. Instead of dumbbells, you do squats while holding a box of donuts.

Kind of how I felt after ASC and ASC2.

That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand."
