I’m in Week 2 (it’s an 8 week program with 2 Phases) and it has been great so far! Joel suggests you do all of the 12 reps per exercise so I sometimes lag a little behind on upper body but catch up during the short rest breaks.

The set up for Phase 1 are either quad sets (2 exercises for one body part / 2 exercises for another body part) or Supersets (2 exercises for one body part). They’re all repeated 3 times / 12 reps. Some workouts have a short HIIT segment or a finisher, and all the workouts have an abs/core segment. I like that they all include a short warmup and a quick stretch too. All of the exercises are your standard weight lifting moves (nothing fancy or strange) so it flows and transitions really well.

I’ve had to go down in weight a little from what I was doing with the CG Iron Series because of the rep speed difference but I’ve had DOMS all week!

Thanks for the reviews, please keep them coming! I'm currently doing my fourth or fifth LIIFT4 rotation (I've lost count) while I wait for these to hit the regular BBOD, but your reviews are tempting me to go for early access!

I finished the eight week program (but it took me about 10 weeks due to vacation and DOMS! ) when I restarted where I left off.

I really think this is a great muscle building program. The three sets of 12 reps of every weighted exercise gives you the opportunity to go heavier in weights. I liked the burnout sets (for some) and ab/core at the end of every workout but my least favorite segment was the HIIT moves (which didn’t have the fun factor that Cathe gives hers, if that makes sense).

But overall, it’s a solid program that’s well balanced. I’ll definitely be doing more rounds. I like Joel Freeman and the (4) alternating background exercisers.

LIIFT More will be available in the BOD library March 2, 2023.

I’m on my second round of it and it’s my favorite BOD program so far. I like the 40-45 minute length, heavy weights, and abs in every workout.
