I've been wanting to try Season 14. My PBS station only airs a couple episodes a week and they're a few seasons behind.

I have tried the back pain and the glute and hip stretch so far and they're both wonderful!

I get an online subscription on and off. I always let it go becasue I don't do it enough. This season looks excellent. I'd think I would benefit more from repeating the same workouts and having less choices. These would be great for an longer warm up or to do after a weight workout. Thank you for sharing!

I did episode 1: Full Body Alignnment. I really enjoyed it. Sometimes with CS, I can't tell exactly how to align my hips...is she tucking or not tucking? This one moved at a nice, slow pace and I felt like I was doing the workout properly.

I did Ep 1 alignment and Ep 11 Glute and hip stretch. I noticed Miranda was actually cueing almost the whole time instead of jabbering about the thousands of bones and joints and whatever like she usually does. A welcome change! Does anyone else know if all the workouts have a lot of cueing? Because if they are like these two I am buying for sure. I loved the slower pace and precise cueing. These both left me feeling totally refreshed.
