i'm pretty sure that using these words is a marketing tactic and to get people to notice them. but it's unnecessary in my opinion.

the one that really bugged me was butt bible when it came out. i'm not a holy roller by any means, but mashing a word that someone might revere as sacred with a body part is somewhat off-putting.

i guess i'm old-fashioned, but more about being professional. when it came out, i avoided all threads on it. i ended up getting it in a trade years later because it was mentioned in a couple of threads. i tend to be a "late to the party" and "latent adopter" on new workouts.

I feel the same way about that title. I'm not shocked nor personally offended, but I find it tasteless at best. Then again, I also think "Cardio Butt School" and "High Round Assets" are tasteless, unpleasant names, and they're both on my shelves.

Google hint: Use quotation marks around the title to minimize the number of unrelated hits. I just tried that with "Cardio Butt School" and got right to the workout (unthinkingly did that on my work PC so I'm glad it worked!).
