My UR was gifted to me by a friend. I didn’t use it enough to feel it was hard on my joints, but that was mainly because of the noisy springs. I like to either watch tv or listen to an audiobook while I freestyle bounce, very challenging with squeaky springs. When I got my small JS, I never looked back. Then I came upon a good deal on a larger, very gently used Bellicon & I love it.

Demeris - I am curious about the reasons why a spring rebounder would be preferable to a bungee one.

I've had a Cellerciser for years and love it. It's a very high quality spring rebounder and I bought it before the popular surge of bungee rebounders. It's not as *inherently* quiet as a bungee one but years ago I wiped Vaseline on the springs and it's been silent ever since. I love it's buoyancy and that it can be used indoors or out.

you can improve the GFORCE effect by using firmer bungees.
