Thanks everyone.......well...the last poster gave me hope...as I am in need of easier....and I also don't mind modifying since I am status post a bad car accident (2 years behind me now...thank the Lord!!).

Anyway, maybe if I try them with the frame of mind that they aren't "fusion" workouts....but a workout with some "yoga thrown in".....I'll have a better attitude.

After all, I paid full price! Chalene is not my fave person.....however, I'm a pack-rat.....haven't thrown or sold much of anything....even if it's too hard for me and am in dire need of doing that!!

I did one a couple years back and it hurt my shoulders, however, lately...I've been building my core strength with Hatha yoga and not modifying at all in my Kundalini practice any longer....so I've made improvements.....so???? we shall see! I don't think I would like a long practice though.

Lora, if you are going to try these, maybe start with the Define Lower Body. It's shorter, a bit easier (although still a workout!), and a bit more yoga-like.

I really like Yogalosophy, and I have done the shorter workout many times. I always thought it would be nice to find other workouts like that. I didn't care for PiYo at all, but I wanted to like it...

I also found Piyo to be tough on my shoulders. In addition, I got a nagging ache in the muscle that runs from the side of my neck down into my shoulder. I don't do them too often, but I've kept my set.
