I was just looking back over the thread. I guess I must have just skimmed some days.
Sandy, it's hard to tell if my feet are better since they really weren't bothering me before. I actually have high arches but I guess maybe the support just isn't strong enough so they overpronate. Not sure. The pedorthist wants me wearing shoes all the time but I know from experience that just makes my feet weaker. Every year after I've worn moccasins and slippers and stiff snowboots all winter my feet are not as strong and need to be built back up. I'm still wearing the same footwear in the cold but I'm hopeful that the once a day tells yoga will help. It's tougher to do when it's too cold to be sockless for very long! Getting back to yoga will help too.
Buff, have you considered asking on the Pilates check in if anyone would be interested in helping you with your teaching hours? I don't really enjoy Pilates so I'm probably not the best candidate. Every so often I try to incorporate it but it hasn't stuck for very long! I know Sandy's computer is old school so if you really can't find anyone I can see if I can make it work to help out.

You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.
Note to self: You don't get to complain about things you won't work to change!
