I miss Peanut!

I was searching for a knee-friendly workout and this one from Jessica came up.

30-Minute 'Knee Friendly' Total Body Barre Workout

I looked up Jessica's tribute to Peanut:

In Loving Memory of our precious Peanut

Peanut was so adorable! It made me sad to see her.

Yea, I miss Peanut too. I always liked when she showed up on dvd and in her Youtube videos.

Peanut added that little special something that is often missing from my workouts.

Yep, especially after Jessica just lost Peanut. It was always a reminder of Jessica's loss when Peanut all of a sudden wasn't there. There would be a dog pillow or statue, instead.

I feel the same when one of Dean Pohlman's (Man Flow Yoga) dogs was no longer with him in the videos last year. You just got used to seeing them both. Dean was so very sad (at that time) and posted about his loss and dealing with his emotions. The dog had been with him since his college days! Obviously, a loss like that is very hard, but men sometimes repress their feelings. Dean just got a new puppy recently, but so far the new dog hasn't made an appearance in the workouts. Dean's other two dogs were trained to behave, so the new pup has to learn from his master.
