I'm the same. I usually max out at 30min for Jessica (or about 2 miles). There's only a few times I've managed to go for 40-50 minutes, and it was never with the 4-mile power walk, which I like but I only ever do either miles 1&2 together or miles 3&4 together. I like to do a moderate mile followed by a faster mile.
